Ahead of the Black stars qualifier against the Chipolopolos of Zambia, the Football Association of Zambia, FAZ have slashed down the ticket prices for the eagerly anticipated Brazil 2014 World Cup qualifier against Ghana on June 9.This reduction is to enable the home fans fill the the newly built Levy Mwanawasa stadium.
In a statement posted on their facebook page, FAZ said “After reading all your comments and taking everything into consideration FAZ has decided to reduce the price of tickets to the Zambia vs Ghana World Cup Qualifier,”
Reduced charges in Kwacha(k)
North and South – Upper Deck – from K50,000 to K30,000
North and South – Lower Deck from K100,000 to K50,000
East wing Upper Deck – from K100,000 to K50,000
East wing Lower Deck – from K150,000 to K100,000
West wing Upper Deck – from K200,000 to K100,000
West wing Lower Deck – from K250,000 to K150,000
VIP – K 400 000 (sold out/ all pre-booked) – price unchanged
The Chipolopolos lost on Sunday by 0-2 to Sudan and are hoping to beat the Black stars with a full capacity stadium
