The former President of Botswana, and winner of the Moh Ibrahim Prize for good governance in Africa, Festus Mogae is currently delivering a lecture on “Credible Elections and Governance in Africa.”
The event has been organised by the Centre for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana) as part of efforts to “ensure that the December Elections are credible and the outcomes are acceptable to all.”
