The New Patriotic Party has appealed to Heads of institutions, particularly second cycle institutions, to offer exeats to students who have registered to vote, to go out and exercise their franchise.A statement signed by National Chairman Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey advised the school heads to “see it as their duty to allow all eligible voters under their institutional care to freely exercise this very important constitutional right and responsibility to vote tomorrow, December 7”.Ghanaians head for crucial polls on Friday December 7 to elect 275 parliamentarians and 5th president under the 4th Republic.
