Aduana Stars Chief Executive Officer Albert Commey says he has the capacity to deal with the notoriously volatile character of their new signing, Yahaya Mohammed.
The former Kotoko star, who was available on a free after terminating his contract with Libyan side Ittihad Tripoli, penned a two-year deal last week with the 2009 Premier League champions.
Yahaya's on-field qualities are not in doubt but despite his history of spats with club officials over the years - the last being a brawl with Kotoko's management over salary matters and a refusal to agree to a contract extension - Commey insists Aduana Stars can manage the player at all times.
"It's all about man-management. I've had some discussions with him and I think he understands and he's well experienced"
"Whatever difficulty there is, it depends on how you relate to him. Tell the player the truth and I don't believe Yahaya will give you problems."
The striker had vowed to face Kotoko even at the FIFA level after the Porcupine Warriors threatened to report him to the world soccer governing body over a dispute on his decision not to extend his contract.
At the time, Yahaya had insisted that he would agree to a contract extension if Kotoko offered a two-year deal to enable them benefit from his transfer to Al Ittihad Tripoli in May 2014.
The player had been key to winning the Ghanaian top flight league two seasons ago and was also influential in Amidaus Professionals successful debut season in 2012.
His credentials were enhanced when he played a pivotal role in the local Black Stars side that placed second at the 2014 African Nations Championship in South Africa.
