A nine-year-old American, touching lives around the world in many significant ways is on her way to Ghana to give a hand of support to philanthropy.
Khloe Kares, has shown that age is indeed a number, and if there is a will, a cause, there will be way, no matter the age.
The young philanthropist will be visiting Ghana from Friday, April 14 to Friday, 21st April 2017.
Khloe believes that she can give back to the world by serving others through spreading awareness about compassion, and being a role model to help make a difference.
She is in Ghana through the auspices of Mansa Agyare, founder of Write from the Heart Book Club and Dawn Sutherland, Director of Bridge to Africa Connection Inc.
Whilst in Ghana Khloe will have a unique opportunity to provide children with a week of empowerment, encouragement and motivation.
During her 7-day trip, Khloe will work with over 1,500 children and encourage them to be anything they want to be.
Khloe will speak to the children on the topic, “You can do it at any age!”
She will interact and share experiences with Dawn’s Sunday Morning Girls aged from 10-13 years who got a chance to view multiple videos of Khloe Kares’ work in America.
They were so inspired, they wanted her to come to Ghana to help them and other kids make a difference for themselves and their communities.
On Saturday 15th April, 2017, Khloe will share real life tools on Vision Boarding with her audience of 200 children at the Nubuke Foundation in East Legon, Accra.
She will also engage her young audience on developing a business mindset and skills as well as social responsibility.
Some of the children will get an opportunity to do a presentation Shark Tank style on what they came up with. Shark Tank is a TV show where entrepreneurs come into a room and pitch to a panel of “Sharks” or investors to raise money for their idea.
Khloe Kares will also cut the ribbon to open the Khloe Kares Living Water Project, which is a Borehole & Toilet Facility she donated at the New Kokobiriko D/A Primary School in Abidjan Nkwanta, Ashanti Region on Tuesday, 18th April 2017 at 10:00am.
