The Newly appointed Acting Head of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice says many Ghanaians require education on human rights issues.
Madam Anna Bossman assumed the acting position yesterday after the resignation of Justice Francis Emile Short, who headed CHRAJ for 17 years.
Madam Bossman told Joy News she and the team at CHRAJ will continue to correct human rights abuses.
She is however concerned that many Ghanaians are not familiar with human rights issues, citing recent reports of mob justice.
She emphasized the need for Ghanaians to adopt and imbibe a human rights culture.
She hopes to improve on the track record of the Commission.
