A 5th minute strike from Brazilian Luis Fabiano coupled with a pair of first-half penalties from Alvaro Negredo ensured victory and moved Sevilla into fourth temporarily, depending on the outcome of Mallorca’s match versus Athletic Bilbao, who play later. The entertaining French Ligue 1 brought the curtain down on yet another weekend of Fantastic ‘4’ soccer, shown exclusively on Multi-TV. Defending Ligue 1 Champions Bordeaux came up against Toulouse, hoping to end their wretched run of form, which had seen them win just one of their last six games in all competitions.
