CEO of Bill Travel Consult and filmmaker, Nabil Meizongo emerged as the top bidder at the exclusive launch of Ghanaian perfumer Maison Yusif’s latest fragrance collection, securing a prized bottle for an impressive $1,000.
Despite strong interest from other bidders, the travel and tour consultant, Nabil Meizongo’s winning offer underscored the high demand and excitement surrounding Maison Yusif’s creations, which promise a uniquely immersive olfactory experience.
The renowned filmmaker underscores the need to support other indigenous Ghanaian business that are putting Ghana on the map positively.
“First of all, I’m a perfume lover, and I will go to any length to buy a fragrance that speaks to my soul. But while doing that, it’s also about supporting our own. We need to support and encourage Ghanaian businesses to grow and compete on the global market. This is my small way of supporting a Ghanaian business” he said.
The event, held at the Marriott Hotel in Accra on Sunday, October 27, 2024, gathered an elite audience of fragrance enthusiasts and industry insiders, all eager to experience the highly anticipated scent collection. This first-of-its-kind launch saw Maison Yusif unveil nine distinctive perfumes in a single evening, captivating attendees with its groundbreaking artistry.
The nine new fragrances, each meticulously crafted to evoke emotion and embody themes of culture, confidence, and adventure, showcase the artistic vision of Yusif Meizongo Jr., the brand’s CEO.
