In an interview with Onua TV, Camidoh said “Coded has a very powerful voice, Growing all the songs that had Coded’s voice were so influential.
I want to say ‘thank you’ to him because he is older than us but when I was doing the mixing of the song I felt like sampling something from our old musicians so I called him that I wanted to sample his voice but he said he wouldn’t mind to do it himself. So he came to the studio and did it for me.”
Even in the video, Camidoh pays a special tribute to the hiplife artiste with the inscription: “your iconic voice cannot be forgotten. ‘Oh Noooo.’”
