A religious leader has appealed to churches to lead a crusade against disobedience and indiscipline that are retarding the progress of the country.
Patrick Nuku Tse, a Senior Presbyter of the Evangelical Presbyterian (EP) Church, made the call in a sermon at Ziavi Dzogbe in the Ho Municipality at an induction service for Catechist Johnson W.K. Adjei.
Mr. Tse said churches must help fight this canker that had eaten deep into the moral fibre of the Ghanaian society.
He said teenage pregnancy, broken marriages and other vices were "the direct results of disobedience and indiscipline".
Reverend G.M. Dzidzor-Konyi, Pastor in charge of Taviefe-Ziavi district of the church, appealed to religious leaders to let their lifestyles reflect what they preach.
