Head coach of the Black Stars, James Akwesi Appiah has returned from a four day trip to the United Kingdom (UK), after a brief interaction with coach Manuel Peligrini of Manchester City ahead of his final preparations for Brazil 2014.
Appiah arrived on Wednesday Night and is expected to commence work as soon as possible, as he gets his technical and tactical preparations on course.
The Black Stars technical handler was in the UK, early this week together with his assistants Maxwell Konadu to interact with coach Peligrini.
The exercise is expected to enhance the knowledge of the Ghanaian coach as he gets prepared as the first Ghanaian coach to lead the Black Stars to the World Cup.
The coach on his return is expected to submit a list of his technical team and other officials that would make up the team for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
Among the coaches being considered for the job are, Joe Addo, Otto Addo, Massud Didi Dramani and veteran Sam Arday.
The coach is also reported to be having former coach Milovan Rajevac on his cards as one of his advisors, at the competition, whilst retired captain Stephen Appiah would be part of his back room staff.
