Social media users are expressing displeasure about a confrontation between a Motor Transport and Traffic Directorate (MTTD) officer and a commercial driver.
In a video shared by celebrity blogger Ameyaw Debrah on social media, the MTTD officer is seen having a heated exchange with a driver in a vehicle.

The driver had defied the orders of the MTTD officer to park his car on the shoulders of the road.

In his attempt to drive away, the MTTD officer had climbed the bonnet of the car.
Finally, when the driver did not stop the vehicle, the MTTD driver climbed into the vehicle and tried to seize the car key of the driver, an act which ended in a heated exchange.
Some onlookers rushed to the scene to salvage the situation.
While many have argued that civilians do not have a right to argue with law enforcers, others are of the opinion that, some law enforcers abuse their powers and must be put to order.

Because of money, these policemen try to bully drivers and ensure that they win at the spot rather than taking them to the station for appropriate sanctions to apply. Keep on risking your life with 5 5cedis.

Pls arrest the driver and let him face the law . I wish these police guys could one day embark on a strike and stop the midnight patrols and close charge offices and also go home to theirs families.
