The Eastern Regional Police Command has mounted a search for the arrest of one Kwabena Adjei, about 25 years of age and a native of Nkurakan near Koforidua, for kidnapping and murder of one David Otibu.
Speaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in Koforidua on Thursday, the Regional Police Public Affairs Officer, Chief Inspector Yaw Nketia, said in October 2010 the suspect together with some people allegedly murdered 27-year-old Otibu and dumped the body in a bush at Kitase.
He said the suspect was last seen dressed in black long sleeves over black trousers at Yaw Sae, a village in the Brong-Ahafo Region in November last year.
