The Pharoahs of Egypt had their first training session Saturday in Kumasi ahead of crucial World Cup qualifier against the Black Stars of Ghana on Tuesday amidst heavy presence of Ghanaian fans.
Under the technical eye and acumen of Bob Bradley, the 23 players were taken through rigorous training session all geared towards grinding a good result in Ghana.
The Paa Joe park of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology which is the venue of the training session was invaded by Ghanaian fans chanting “Victory! Victory!”
There were pockets of Ghanaians waving Egyptian flags and also chanting same for the guest.
The atmosphere at the park was electric, a gist of what to expect come Tuesday.
Meanwhile the Ghana side is also training at the Kumasi Sports stadium simultaneously.
