Eminence Lead International, a non-profit organisation focused on education, leadership development, and community empowerment, has been honoured with the Most Outstanding Innovation in Economic Empowerment and Poverty Eradication Award at the 3rd Ghana Development Awards 2026.
The award was presented at a ceremony held on March 5, 2026, at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra.
The event, organised by The Business Executive Group, celebrates individuals and institutions contributing significantly to Ghana’s socio-economic development and nation-building.
The recognition underscores the organisation’s work in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions aimed at reducing poverty and promoting economic inclusion.
Eminence Lead International runs leadership development programmes designed to equip emerging leaders with critical skills for today’s evolving business environment. It also implements educational initiatives that encourage creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning among young people and communities.
In a post-award interview, Executive Director Daniel Offe expressed appreciation for the recognition.
“This recognition validates our innovative approach to creative excellence, resilience, and community transformation,” he said. “As an organisation, poverty eradication remains a paramount global mission—one that demands collective effort to eliminate widespread conditions of destitution and lack, enabling individuals and communities to build sustainable futures.”
The event brought together dignitaries, including ambassadors, traditional leaders, business executives, and development partners, to celebrate excellence and progress in Ghana’s development space.
Eminence Lead International says it remains committed to driving sustainable change across Africa through targeted interventions in education, youth empowerment, leadership training, and inclusive economic initiatives.
