English Premier League experts have told clubs in the domestic league to improve infrastructure and offer better remuneration to players as the first step to improving the lot of the Ghana Premier league.
The English delegation led by its premier league chairman, Sir Dave Richards, Friday afternoon brainstormed with club officials and the top brass of the GFA on ways to improve the domestic top flight.
The widely held view among fans is that the quality of the Ghana Premier League has declined, affecting the patronage of games at the various league centres.
