The Confederation of African Football has appointed 2014 FIFA World Cup finals referee Bakary Papa Gassama to handle Ghana’s final 2015 Nations Cup qualifier against Togo on Wednesday.
The 35-year-old Gambian has experience from officiating at the 2012 and 2013 African Cup of Nations finals.
Cameroonian referee Evarist Menkouande, who was also at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, will assist Gassama.
The second assistant referee is Sulayman Sosseh who is from Gambia.
Ghana must avoid defeat against Togo at the Tamale Stadium to secure qualification to the finals in Equatorial Guinea.
