Ghana FA chief Kwesi Nyantakyi insists Goran Stevanovic has not been sacked as Black Stars coach despite widespread news of the Serbian’s dismissal.Nyantakyi says the fate of the coach will be decided after the coach meets the GFA on Tuesday to discuss issues concerning his mode of operation.This comes after Ghana failed to win the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations trophy which sparked calls for Stevanovic’s dismissalFollowing Thursday’s GFA executive committee to decide the fate of the coach, local radio stations widely reported that the die has been cast for the Serbian trainer.But Nyantakyi says the decision on the coach’s future will be decided when he meets the GFA on Tuesday to finalise a deal on his future.”It has become important to meet the coach again on some issues that have come up,” Nyantakyi said.“A lot of concerns have been expressed about the work culture and work ethic of the coach so we need to sit down with him.“After that we will have an informed position which will be communicated.”Stevanovic has a year left on his current deal which will expire in February 2013.
