Black Satellites coach Sellas Tetteh has announced his final 21-man squad for the Africa Youth Championship in Algeria.The Ghana coach finalized his squad on Friday for this month's finals which starts on March 16 to 30, 2013 as his team continued preparations in Spain after a five-day tour of Italy..Ghana are in Group A alongside hosts Algeria.
