There will be a football match between Africa Eleven and World Eleven at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium on the same day as well as a reception for the diplomatic corps.
It said a mock AU Summit would be held on Thursday, May 26 in the morning, an investment forum in the afternoon and Special Awards Night.
The statement said the celebrations were in consonance with the AU Declaration adopted at its 12th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government in 2009 to make 2009-2018 the Decade for Youth Development in Africa.
