Mr Dan Botwe, a New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential aspirant has urged delegates to choose him over other aspirants in the party's upcoming national congress.
He said the level of confidence the members, sympathizers and supporters of the party had in him based on his performances as General Secretary for two consecutive terms was still high to ginger him to victory.
Mr Botwe was addressing the executives, delegates and party faithful in the Ahafo-Ano South Constituency at Mankranso as part of his second campaign tour of the Ashanti Region on Wednesday.
He stated that, he had all the abilities, qualities and requirements to lead the party to victory and was prepared to apply and implement plans, policies and strategies of the party to win the general election.
Mr Botwe emphasised that nothing was new to him concerning NPP's victory over opponents and that he was marketable and popular as observed in his nationwide campaign tour, which indicated the preparedness of Ghanaians to choose him as their next leader.
He, however, called for discipline, maturity and understanding in the campaign to preserve the good name of the party.
