Beverage firm Zummo Ghana Limited have become headline sponsors of the monthly “Accra Works Out” fitness session.
The producers of Zummo Natural Fruit are supporting the monthly fitness and aerobics session organized by Primeval Consult in conjunction with the National Sports Authority.
The month sessions will henceforth be titled “Zummo Accra Works Out” to reflect the new relationship between Zummo Ghana Limited and organizers of the event.
The new headline sponsor will have the opportunity to brand the event venue and other promotional opportunities.
The natural fruit juice company will also be provided the opportunity to mount a special stand at the venue of the event to sell their products during the monthly workout session.
“Zummo Accra Works Out” is designed to help participants distress – especially in the working class – to keep fit after engaging in various strenuous activities in the course of the month, socialize with other participants and adopt healthy lifestyle while having fun.
Participants are taken through series of physical exercises under the supervision of experienced physical instructors after which medical personnel conducts free health screening.
The event, which started two months ago, will have its third edition come off on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the multi-purpose court of the Accra Sports Stadium.
It has so far seen 90 and 120 participants respectively in the maiden and second editions, by way of patronage, constituted by members of the corporate world and the general public.
The third edition is expected to be an improvement of the two previous editions.
