Newly promoted Division One League club, Inter Allies FC has extended its heartfelt gratitude to Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the Member of Parliament (MP) for North Tongu, for a cash donation following the team’s recent success.
The donation comes as recognition of Inter Allies' victory in the 2023/2024 Volta Football Association Middle League, which secured their qualification to the National Division One League.
Ablakwa, whose constituency proudly hosts the team's home ground, Battor R/C Park, expressed his excitement over the team’s achievement.
He encouraged the players and management to continue making the people of Battor proud as they advance to the national stage.
"This kind gesture is a testament to Honourable Ablakwa's belief in football's potential for national development and as a career path for young people," said Inter Allies CEO, Delali Senaye.
Inter Allies is open to partnering with Mr Ablakwa in further promoting and developing football within the constituency.
The team is committed to making the MP and all their supporters proud in the upcoming National Division One League.
Once again, the team extends its thanks to Honourable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa for his support and generosity.
