The Black Stars of Ghana suffered a 1-3 defeat to Japan in an international friendly played on Tuesday at the Saitama Stadium in Japan. Ghana opened scoring in the 24th minute through Frank Acheampong before recess. The second half saw the Japanese firing all cylinders in every department of play till Manchester United forward Shinji Kagawa equalized with a brilliant shot after dribbling past defender Jonathan Mensah.
