Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp is not ruling out quitting management when his deal ends at the Premier League champions.
His current contract runs until 2024 and he has previously said he might take a break then or even renew his contract.
"I will take a year off and then ask myself if I miss football. If I don't, then that is the end of that for Juergen Klopp as a coach," he told German website Sportbuzzer on Monday.
Klopp has been Liverpool boss since 2015, winning the Champions League last year and this year delivering a first top-flight English title in 30 years.
His hunger has not waned at present.
"We are not defending any title, we want to win new ones, we have only just started winning," the former Borussia Dortmund coach added.
"The whole squad is looking forward to the new season (in September) and wants to do even better. We want to chase our opponents and the ball all over the pitch. We want to be a really annoying team to face any give opponents no joy."
