Asante Kotoko and All Stars will be engaged in a play-off to determine which side seals the fifth position on the Glo Premier League table.
According to league organizers, the Premier League Board, the two teams will meet at the Coronation Park in Sunyani on Sunday, May 16 with the game kicking off at 15:00GMT.
Both sides are level on points, 44 apiece after the final day matches of the season on Wednesday.
Despite the use of the head-to-head rule, the results still draws both teams level, which means a one-off game will have to be played to settle who picks the position.
