Managing Editor of the New Crusading Guide Newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako has described as a ‘myth’ claims by the President that his government would deliver 123 free-day Senior High Schools by the close of next year.
His claim, he said, stems from the fact that the government is facing ‘serious budget constraints’ which has made financing the school projects very difficult.
