Premier League leaders Medeama SC have been drawn to 2011 MTN FA Cup semifinalists Berekum Chelsea in a crunchy clash in Tarkwa in the Round of 16.
The draw was held at the premises of Metro TV on Tuesday.
Berekum Chelsea currently lies second on the league log, two points behind Medeama and so this could be a match that could prepare both teams for the title run-in.
In another all-Premier League clash, Tema Youth will face 2010 Premier League champions Aduana Stars in Tema, whilst 1960 FA Cup champions Eleven Wise will face 2011 MTN FA Cup holders Nania FC in Sekondi.
Record holders Hearts of Oak will welcome Division One outfit Starke FC in Accra, whilst the winners of the outstanding Round of 32 clash between Agbozume Weavers and Asante Kotoko will face newly promoted division one side Rainbow Stars.
