Residents of Nakpanduri in the Northern region were caught in the crossfire between warring ethnic factions and a police and military team are appealing for help.One person has been confirmed dead while six others have been injured in violent clashes between Kokombas and Bemobas in Kpemili near Nakpanduri in the Northern region.A team of police and military personnel are patrolling the area to maintain order and prevent a recurrence of violence.But some residents who spoke to Joy News say despite the security presence, they have been caught in the exchange of fire between the security personnel and the warring factions.
