Daniel Opare has revealed he still has ambitions to play for Real Madrid in future even though he has called the decision to move from the Bernabeu one of the best of his career.Opare, considered one of the best young Ghanaian players, barley figured at Madrid even in the reserve team. But a move to Standard Liege in Belgium has breathed new life into his career. He earned a recall into the Black Stars after three years of no show and has been playing regularly this season."I don't regret going to Madrid because it is a huge club, trained with some of the best players in the world and the exposure was vital for me", he told Oti Adjei Report, set to debut on TV 3 in the coming weeks."At a point in my career however I knew I needed to play regularly and Liege has given me that opportunity. Making the move was one of the best decisions I took but I know one day I will play for Madrid again. I know that."Opare is keen to make the most of his new lease of life. "I don't want to look back again but I feel new and I am confident things will go fine now. I Wang to be playing regularly, I want to be a member of the national team for as long as possible and I will put in all the hard work required to get there"Source: Kickoff.com
