Parliament has unanimously approved the nomination of minster of health designate Dr. Benjamin Kumbour.
The House also approved the nomination of Minister designate at the Presidency Nii Laryea Afotei Agbo.
Dr. Kumbour will replace Dr. Sipa Yankey whilst Mr. Afotei Agbo takes over the position of former Minister of State at the Presidency Amadu Seidu Agbo.
The two ministers resigned last month after their names came up in the Mabey and Johnson scandal.
The approval means the president can now swear them in as substantive ministers.
