Emmanuel Mokobi Aryee, CEO of Prudential Africa, completed a highly impactful one-week working visit to Accra, Ghana, laying a clear foundation for the company’s accelerated success in 2026.
His visit which centered around the business theme “the year of acceleration” and the agenda to make the agency force see “limitless growth,” brought together key stakeholders, department leaders, including Distribution and Commercial, and agency representatives to align strategies and drive sustainable progress.
Kick-off Sessions: Leadership Engagements Across Departments
Upon arrival, Mokobi, accompanied by Raymond Ngoma, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Achumile Majija, Regional Chief Officer for Commercial Execution, Operations, and Strategy, held strategic sessions with Prudential Ghana’s management, department heads, and agency representatives to align priorities and encourage innovation.
The team reviewed 2025 performance results, acknowledged successes, and addressed areas needing improvement. Based on these insights, they developed a strategic roadmap for 2026 focused on acceleration for the business and limitless growth for agency, emphasizing customer-centric solutions, agency transformation, and continuous improvement to drive business excellence.

Townhall Meeting: Staff Engagement and Leadership Insights
The Special Townhall Meeting was the visit's highlight. Mokobi and Ngoma shared valuable insights with staff, reinforcing strategic focus areas and inspiring collective ambition. An interactive Q&A session allowed employees to engage directly with the leadership, gaining clarity on the vision, strategies, and growth agenda for the year ahead. The session fostered transparency and unity, motivating everyone to embrace the acceleration journey and pursue limitless growth.
Gala and Awards Event: Celebrating Excellence
In a fitting conclusion to the visit, Mokobi attended Prudential Ghana’s End of Year Gala and Awards Event. The celebration recognized outstanding achievements and honored sales men and woman and staff for their exemplary contributions. Mokobi’s presence underscored the company’s commitment to recognizing excellence and cultivating a culture of high performance.
