Ghana International, Samuel Inkoom over the weekend won the Swiss cup with Fc Basel after his team demolished Lussane sports by 6-0 at the St Jacobs Park at Basel.
Inkoom played the entire 90 minutes and contributed immensely to their victory, assisting in some of the goals through his brilliant crosses.
In an interview, he thanked God for helping him and expressed excitement about winning his first medal at an early age with the Swiss club.
He said he will work hard to help Basel win more medals. FC Basel are in contention for the Swiss Super League title as they lie second to Young Boys Bern who are currently leading the pile by three points with just two matches to the end of the season.
FC Basel's win brings its league triumphs to 10.
