Shatta Wale is gradually earning himself the accolade of the industry’s “godfather” as he keeps projecting budding artistes.
The latest among the younger musicians he has lent a hand to in recent times, is Lokal Shock, one of Ghana’s lyrically gifted artistes.
Lokal Shock did not spare the opportunity to have Shatta Wale featured on his song when he visited the Dancehall King’s residence a few weeks ago with Amerado.
According to him, the song caught Shatta Wale’s fancy after he played it to him.
“I asked him for a verse and he said he would do it. Lo and behold, by the time I got home, he had already sent me his verse,” he recounted.
Lokal Shock could not hide his joy for having one of Ghana’s biggest artists on the remix of his song.
“This verse means a lot to me. I have been in the game for years but nobody has shown me such love,” he noted.
He has, therefore, expressed optimism in the song elevating his brand and music career.
‘Ebefa’ remix is themed on perseverance. The song preaches hope and the need to keep fighting till one sees results in their endeavours,
