Hearts of Oak acting general manager Vincent Sowah Odotei says he will effectively combine his role at Hearts and his new status as a Member of Parliament.
Odotei in last Wednesday’s election stunned the incumbent Nii Amassah Namoale from the National Democratic Congress to win the La Dadekotopon constituency seat.
Reports emanated that he will quit the post and focus on his new role but Odotei insists he is staying put at Hearts.
"For now we have a project here at the club and i am of the strong conviction and believe that Hearts can be one of the best in Africa,' he told Joy Sports
"I will continue to push that agenda and give my time to Accra Hearts of Oak up to the time it becomes impossible.
"I am a board member and my association with the club is going to continue."
