It's day fifteenth of the hearing of the petition challenging results of the 2012 presidential election. Lead counsel for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Tsatsu Tsikata continues his eighth day of cross-examination of petitioners’ key witness, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia.
Presidential candidate of the NPP, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, his running mate, Dr Mahamadu Bawumia and Chairman of the NPP, Mr Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey filed a petition at the Supreme Court, contesting the declaration of President John Dramani Mahama as president.
