Hearing continues at the Supreme Court, on the petition challenging the 2012 presidential election results.
Lead counsel for the National Democratic Congress, Tsatsu Tsikata continues with his fifth day of cross examination of Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, Vice Presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party in the 2012 elections and key witness for the petitioners, as hearing enters Day 12.
Presidential candidate of the NPP, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, his running mate, Dr Mahamadu Bawumia and Chairman of the NPP, Mr Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey filed a petition at the Supreme Court, contesting the declaration of President John Dramani.
