Yango Delivery, part of the global tech company Yango Group, hosted its 5th Partner Conference on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the National Theatre of Ghana. The event brought together more than 600 partner couriers and cargo drivers to celebrate the accomplishments of Yango's partners during the latter half of the year. It united couriers, fleet owners, and industry leaders, showcasing the exceptional contributions of top-performing couriers who exhibited excellence in their service. With the increasing demand for efficient delivery services in Ghana, the conference served as a vital platform to recognize the dedication of Yango's delivery partners. The top 3 winners took home brand new motorbikes together with other prizes while other winners were also honored with 55” flatscreen TVs, fuel coupons, smartphones, hampers and other incentives. As part of Yango’s ongoing commitment to the safety and wellbeing of all partner couriers and cargo drivers, there was a road safety talk by the Ghana Police Service and a CPR training by the Ghana Red Cross Society for all attendees.

In his keynote address, CEO of The National Youth Authority, Osman Ayariga, Esq urged all present not to see the event as just an awards ceremony, but a recognition of a transformative movement — a partnership among technology, entrepreneurship, and the relentless ambition of Ghanaian youth fuelled by Yango.
He said, “Yango is expanding economic opportunities and helping reduce youth unemployment; our couriers must stay professional and prioritize safety — helmets are for your protection, not to avoid the police.”
Furthermore, Yango introduced key insights into the ever-evolving gig economy ecosystem, offering valuable best practices for navigating the challenges and opportunities that come with being a part of this innovative workforce.
In his remarks, Emmanuel Koduah, Country Manager of Yango Delivery in Ghana acknowledged the efforts and contributions of all stakeholders in the delivery ecosystem and encouraged them to continue providing excellent services.

He said“Today, we come together not just to celebrate achievements but to strengthen the collaborative spirit that drives our success. Our partners are the backbone of our operations, and it is vital to honor their contributions while equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary for continued excellence in the gig economy.”.
