Egypt’s U20 team are sweating over the fitness of captain Rami Rabiea ahead of the final of the African Youth Championships against Ghana.Rabiea is struggling with an ankle injury and is likely to miss Saturday’s final at the Ahmed Zabena Stadium in Oran.The Al Ahly defender will be put through a late fitness test on Friday ahead of the game against the Black Satellites.“Rabiea may miss our match against Ghana because he has a nagging pain in his ankle,” Egypt team Doctor Osama Al Shaaer has revealed.“We will know late Friday if he can play or not.”Egypt will be playing Ghana for the second time in the tournament in Algeria following their 2-1 defeat handed the Black Satellites in the opening Group A fixture.
