Algerian referee Mehdi Abid-Charef will officiate the final of the CAF Under-20 Championship between Ghana and Egypt in Oran on Saturday.The 32-year-old works as a state engineer in Algiers, and has been a FIFA referee since 2011.This will be his second match in this competition after handling the Gabon vs DR Congo Group B match which ended 0-0.He will be assisted by Senegalese El Hadji Malick Samba and Anouar Hmila from Tunisia.Rwandan Hudu Munyemana has been appointed the fourth official.Ghana and Egypt are meeting in a rematch of their Group A opener which ended 2-1 in favour of the Young Pharaohs.
