Iranian President Ahmadinejad to visit Ghana

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who is also the Chairman of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), will pay a two-day official visit to Ghana next week. “President Ahmadinejad will arrive on Tuesday April 16, 2013 to hold discussions with President John Mahama on strengthening the NAM and also co-chair a bilateral meeting between the two countries,” Minister for Information and Media Relations, Mahama Ayariga said in a statement. President Ahmadinejad will leave Accra on Wednesday April 17, 2013.
