Francis Djaba, a driver who was alleged to have resisted arrest, had been remanded in custody by the Awutu District Magistrate court to re-appear on March 11, 2008.He was charged with two counts of offensive conduct and resisting arrest.Djaba pleaded not guilty to the charge of offensive conduct, but pleaded guilty to that of resisting arrest.Police Inspector Seth Enyah, told the court presided over by Mr Kofi
