He is known as the no-nonsense disciplinarian, a retired Physical Education instructor at Accra Academy where he was popularly called shshshshshs....He is perhaps the only coach to have managed as many as six of Ghana's top Football Clubs including - Hearts of Oak, Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Accra Great Olympics, Liberty Professional, Aduana Stars Okwawu United.
