The 2014 edition of Joy FM Beauty and Bridal Fair which was opened on July 10-13, 2014 at the Accra International Conference Center has been described by patrons as the most exciting compared to previous editions.
Established 11 years ago, with the aim of bringing both wedding services providers and buyers together on a wider platform, Joy Beauty and Bridal Fair provided a total solution to the needs of exuberant prospective marriage couples across the country.
The event has over the years carved a niche for itself as a one-stop shop for event planners and the general public as well.
It was under the theme: "Together naturally".
The annual event which was described by patrons as the biggest beauty and bridal gathering in West Africa, brought over 50,000 visitors to shop for everything bridal from about 15,000 product lines from more than 80 stands.
Some of the products displayed included floral decorations, cosmetics, natural beauty enhancement products, wedding gowns, wedding cakes, Limousine car rentals, photography services, shoes, hotels, gents and ladies' wears, jewelries and more.
The program was sponsored by the country’s biggest interior and exterior decoration company Jandel limited, Black Secret, a premium make-up company in Africa and Ruby’s Bridal, an elegant boutique that carries the finest in special occasion fashion for women.
The marriage seminar Dubbed: "Total Disclosure", featured some of Ghana’s finest international motivational speakers and evangelists.
Its created an opportunity for the participants to ask questions relating to relationships and had one-on-one interactions with the speakers.
The seminar sought to provide deep understanding for participants in order to manage their past with their new relationships to ensure smooth process to a successful marriage.
