After the successful acquisition of Nokia brand a couple of months ago, Microsoft Devices is leaving no chance to give real customer satisfaction to its valued consumers in Ghana.
The company seeks to give consumers the opportunity to do many things at ago on its Nokia Lumia smartphones.
Though Microsoft Mobile faces keen competition in Ghana, the company says fighting competition is not its prime focus now rather, prefers focusing on providing the changing needs of consumers that will give them real-time value on smartphones.
As part of many strategies to achieve this target, Microsoft in partnership with Telefonika, authorized dealer has launched a promotion dubbed 'Make it Happen' to reward Ghanaian customers during and after the yuletide.
Starting from December 24, 2014 buyers of Lumia 530, 630, 535, 730, 830 and 930 range stand the chance of winning an all- expenses paid Dream Holiday trip to Sentosa Island in Singapore.
Apart from the top three winners several consolation prizes will be won every week.
Clients who purchase any of these Lumia brands from authorized dealers would have to upload a selfie creatively taken onto the Microsoft Lumia Ghana Home Page on Facebook and attach #Make it Happen IMEI number of the phone and #Ghana and post it.
Three winners will be announced during the final draw in January 2015.
The global electronic giant is set to revolutionalise the mobile phone market in Ghana with the latest application of its Nokia Lumia smart phones which helps users to engage in many things in the shortest possible time.
Speaking at the launch, Microsoft Business Development Manager, Kola Osinowo said the idea of Make it Happen promotion is a way of saying thank you to consumers.
He said Microsoft being a productivity platform, the introduction of smart phones is geared towards making consumers productive and innovative.
Mr. Osinowo said Microsoft wants to give real-time value to its consumers.
He commended the government for removing the import tax on smartphones which according to him, has led to the phenomenal economic growth of the country.
