Otumfuo is expected to make a grand entry to the stadium at 1030am, and already a good number of dignitaries are in town to join in the festivities.
President J.E.A. The former heads of states were part of an international symposium on Deepening Democracy in Africa, held at the Great Hall of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
