Hackers calling themselves the Hani Xavi and claiming to be based in Tunisia took down the website of the Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) over the weekend.

Currently all that can be seen on the website a short text "Hacked By Hani Xavi #Fallaga_Tunisian_Team #1.2.3 Viva_Tunisie", an Arabic song and an image of the Tunisian flag.

The latest hack follows an earlier one on Government of Ghana portal and a host of state agency websites.

CHRAJ Officials are yet to comment on the latest cyber attack but, Principal Consultant at a cyber security company e-Crime Bureau, Albert Antwi-Boasiako blames the situation on wrong technology use.

"If you do a survey, most of the websites are vulnerable because of the technology they are using or they are not even identifying the vulnerabilities in them. We have to speed up in terms of our vulnerability assessment", said Antwi-Boasiako.

He said other organisations must take a cue from the from the reccurrent website hackings and firm up their systems.
