Unilever Ghana has donated items to residents of the Fadama to help combat the novel coronavirus.
Items including Sunlight bar soap, thermometer guns and face masks were given out during the Eid-ul-Adha festivities.
This year's Eid congregation prayer was different due to the pandemic.
The excited Muslims entered the Abbossey Okai Central Mosque dressed in their best clothes but this time with face masks on.
It has become the new normal the Muslims as they observe Covid-19 protocols before entering the mosques for prayers.
Almost 2 meters apart these Muslims knelt on their mats praying to Allah.
Imam of Fadama called on the youth to eschew violence ahead of the 2020 elections
He also expressed gratitude to Unilever Ghana for putting smiles on the faces of the Muslim community and admonished others to emulate.
