After taking fans through her whirlwind of a year with a 2020 recap, Beyoncé is serving up some serious looks on Instagram, making it clear that 2021 is going to be one of the most stylish yet.
Stylist Zerina Akers blessed her IG followers with a Queen Bey photoshoot we’ll be thinking about for the rest of the week (OK, month).
In the pics, Beyoncé is wearing a full head-to-toe houndstooth look courtesy of David Koma. Her sheer turtlenecked catsuit is paired with a jacket in an almost-identical pattern, putting a modern spin on the classic print.
The ensemble is finished off with white, over-the-knee boots, white framed sunnies, and a white multi-purpose belt to hold all the essentials.
Beyoncé certainly loves a bold look, and this one is a perfectly eye-popping way to embrace the new year. As Zerina said in her caption, “Let’s kick it off!” and Bey certainly did.
Beyoncé has certainly had a busy year, as she shared with fans recently in a 2020 recap video posted to IGTV.
In the clips, she reflected on her athleisure line, Ivy Park, along with the debut of Black Is King, plus plenty of cute moments with her children — including some never-before-seen footage of her twins, Rumi and Sir Carter.
“This year for me has been about celebrating joy, chasing happiness, and living in love,” Beyoncé said when sharing her recap with fans. “As we all look forward and pray for new beginnings, my wish for you is that you honor yourself and those you love.
Celebrate that you are an important individual who contributes to our beautiful collective. Here’s to a better and brighter 2021!” And, we might add, an extremely stylish year as well.
