The second witness for the petitioner challenging results of December polls, Dr. Michael Kpessa-Whyte mounted the witness box in court today to testify.
As one of 2 representatives of the petitioner (the flagbearer of the NDC), stationed at the National Collation Centre (strongroom) during the December polls, Dr Kpessa-Whyte's testimony in court today was to speak to the "many irregularities" he noticed during the collation process.
